Château Caésar

Not much is known about the manor, except that it was built as a private home in the early 20th century and became an apostolic school just before World War Two broke out. In war time it became a ‘mutual society’. In the 50s the property was bought by a well-known photographer who set up a printing workshop next to the manor. In 2009 he passed away and the buildings became vacant.

I didn’t have high hopes for this one, over time it has been visited by hundreds of people and became pretty trashed. This place was all about the grand staircase but somewhere in 2015 suddenly the railings were gone, either stolen or salvaged.
